Cheques Management Services
For regions where they are heavily in use, InfoFort has developed Cheque Storage & Management Service that help the Banking Industry or Financial Institutes in managing the flow, disbursement storage and digitization of Cheques (post dated or others).
How it works:

Collection – We securely collect and transport your Cheques from branches or hub locations.

Registration – Cheques received through a specially designed process to ensure accuracy. Cheques can be individually bar-coded and passed through a special scanner which reads the MICR number while capturing the image.

Information Capture – All details of the Cheques are captured in compliance with ICCS requirements and directives of the central Bank.

Storage – Special fireproof cabinets are used to store the Cheques after sorting them out based on different strategies and customer requirements.

Retrieval – Cheques are pulled 48 hours prior to their maturity and are presented to the institute. They can also be accessed on an adhoc basis.
